- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Line Lead, QA Technician, or similar supervisory role within a food production or beverage manufacturing environment is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities
The Line Lead (QA) plays a critical role in bridging production efficiency with uncompromising quality standards in our food manufacturing facility.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Execute Critical Quality Checks: Perform mandatory quality and food safety checks throughout the production process, including fill weights, seal integrity, coding accuracy (lot and expiration dates), and sensory evaluations (taste, texture, aroma).
- Monitor GMPs: Ensure strict and continuous adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and relevant regulatory requirements (HACCP, FDA).
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately complete, review, and maintain all necessary quality records, logs, and documentation in a timely manner. Report any deviations or non-conformances immediately.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and isolate potential quality issues with raw materials, in-process goods, or finished products, and assist the QA Manager in implementing effective Corrective Actions
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Verify that line-specific sanitation and hygiene standards are met before, during, and after production runs.
