- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a baking environment is beneficial, but not essential.
Hourly Range: $25 - $28 per hour. The final pay will be determined based on factors like location, shift, education, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Training and Development: We need you to train all new sanitation hires and provide continuous refresher training for all employees. This includes reinforcing clear expectations about the importance of cleaning in a facility that produces both allergen and non-allergen foods.
- Leadership: You will handle the day-to-day functions of the department, ensuring all scheduled personnel are present and reassigning work as needed. We expect you to be a respected leader who follows up on all assigned tasks to ensure work is executed to our high standards.
- Safety and Quality: You will maintain safety awareness for both our people and our food. This includes ensuring all areas like silos, bases, and grounds are checked and cleaned daily. You'll perform a daily inventory of supplies to make sure we never run out of essential chemicals.
- Inspection and Auditing: You'll be responsible for inspecting equipment after weekend cleanings to ensure it is ready for swabbing, with a goal of 96% or higher on first-pass quality.
- Administrative & Logistical Tasks: You will check the schedule for production equipment, monitor compactors, and assist with a start-of-shift walkthrough to assign additional duties. We will also rely on you to account for all personnel in the building in case of an emergency.
