Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist with CNC program edits and modifications for new and existing parts.
Support setup and operation of 3- and 5-axis milling machines.
Follow up on job status, ensuring assignments are completed on time and to specification.
Work closely with the Machine Shop Manager to help delegate tasks to machinists and operators.
Verify machining processes, cutting tools, and fixtures to support efficient production.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and adjustments during production runs.
Communicate effectively with Production Management and Engineering teams to relay updates or resolve issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
The essential functions of this role include:
