Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead team operations by providing direction and delegating tasks to team members.
- Maintain high quality standards and documentation using attention to detail to ensure all QC procedures and standards are followed.
- Effectively communicate with leadership and team members via oral and written methods.
- Must have the flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet production demands.
