Viam in Manchester TN is hiring for all shifts. Days, nights and swing shift. Pay rates $15-$17 per hour depending on shift preference. You will help to produce automotive floormats off all types of vehicles. Viam offers perks such as onsite gym, clinic and chiropractor. Weekly pay, and immediate start dates available. Manufacturing experience is not necessary, we will train you!

Responsibilities

As a machine operator you will be trained to run various machines including grommet machines, packing machines, auto serge machines, and industrial sewing machines. You will be trained on computers to ensure that you are following packing & quality instructions to determine if you are meeting the expectations. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations that are given to you in person & on the app. This position requires you to bend, lift, stand, stoop, squat, reach and walk for up to 12 hours a day. You may be required to lift 30-50 pounds at a time. 



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time
