Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving / Pick & Pack Associate

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that is essential to our supply chain. You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, and ensuring our inventory is well-organized. This role requires a work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving:
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, including creating shipping labels and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.

- Pick & Pack:
- Accurately pull items from warehouse locations based on picking lists.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Safely and efficiently pack orders to prevent damage during transit.

- General Warehouse Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts (certification a plus).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
