Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Lead Dispatch Operations: Efficiently manage daily service calls, assigning technicians based on skills, availability, and location to ensure optimal workflow.
  
  
• Be a Customer Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for service inquiries, providing clear updates and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  
  
• Collaborate and Support: Work closely with technicians and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Manage Data: Utilize Service Titan to maintain accurate records, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  
  
• Ensure Quality: Monitor service jobs to ensure they meet our high standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  
  

What We'll Need from You:

• Proven experience in a dispatch or operations management role, preferably in the trades.
  
  
• strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
  
  
• Proficiency with dispatch software; Service Titan experience is a plus.
  
  
• A high school diploma or GED.
