We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Quality Inspector for a permanent Mon-Thurs shift.
If you have experience conducting FAIs (AS9102), wielding a CMM, and mastering metrology tools like micrometers and calipers, we want to talk to you. You'll be the final gatekeeper, ensuring traceability and AS9100 compliance on critical components.

Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of part inspection (First Article, in-process, and final) for machined parts, sheet metal, and assemblies according to AS9102 and engineering requirements.
- Verify critical dimensions and features using precision tools, including CMM, calipers, and micrometers.
- Identify, document, and support the resolution of non-conformances (NCs) by participating in root cause analysis and Material Review Boards (MRBs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed quality records (e.g., FAI reports, inspection logs, Certificates of Conformance) to ensure traceability and compliance with AS9001 and customer specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production to clarify specifications, resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.
