Role Summary: This is a high-impact role requiring an expert to lead night operations, troubleshoot and perform advanced maintenance on critical utility systems (WFI, Clean Steam, Chillers, ULTs), and ensure full cGMP compliance. You will serve as the primary technical authority, managing emergency response and mentoring junior staff.

- Lead Operations: Take full ownership of facility systems and manage emergency response.
- Advanced PM/CM: Execute maintenance on complex systems (WFI, Chillers, Steam, ULTs).
- Compliance & Leadership: Ensure cGMP/ISO adherence, oversee vendors, and provide technical guidance/training.

Responsibilities
System Ownership & Advanced Troubleshooting
- Night Shift Autonomy: Take full ownership of facility operations and production systems during non-supervised shifts, ensuring continuous, safe function.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary technical responder for facility and equipment emergencies. Utilize sound judgment to initiate corrective actions (start/stop equipment, calling in off-duty personnel) to resolve issues swiftly and safely.
- Complex System Maintenance: Execute advanced Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM) on critical utility infrastructure, including:
- High-Purity Utilities: Water for Injection (WFI), Clean Steam, and Sterilization Equipment (Autoclaves).
- HVAC/Refrigeration: High-capacity chillers, cooling towers, and Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) freezers.
- Pressure/Fluid Systems: Diesel boilers, steam systems, compressed gas, and liquid pumping/fluid systems.
- High-Purity Utilities: Water for Injection (WFI), Clean Steam, and Sterilization Equipment (Autoclaves).
