Responsibilities

This role is expected to be project-based rather than routine, with a focus on analytics and process improvement

• Plan and communicate benefits offerings for the firm
  
  
• Negotiate benefits terms and renewals with vendors/brokers
  
  
• Manage benefits administration for all offices
  
  
• Maintain day-to-day relationship with employees, brokers, vendors, and employees
  
  
• Conduct open enrollments
  
  
• Manage ERISA and COBRA compliance
  
  
• Oversee health and welfare plan administration, including disability, HCRA, DCRA, life, medical, dental, 401(k) program, employee exit program, transportation programs, and time off management.
  
  
• Manage plans and communicate employee benefit offerings
  
  

• Support the Benefits team with large-scale initiatives, including a pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) transition launching in early 2026 
  
  
• Perform data analysis and reporting
  
  
• Perform benefit census validation
  
  
• Cross-train on processes such as POPR funding
  
  
• Support actuaries and vendors by verifying census data and ensuring accuracy in benefit records
