What You'll Be Doing:
As an Assembly Technician, you will be crucial in bringing our lighting products to life. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Precision Assembly: Assembling a variety of lighting fixtures (chandeliers, pendants, recessed lights, etc.) by carefully following blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
- Electrical Wiring: Installing and wiring electrical components such as sockets, drivers, ballasts, and wiring harnesses, ensuring every connection is safe and fully functional.
- Quality & Testing: Inspecting parts and finished fixtures for any defects, damage, or inconsistencies, and conducting thorough tests to confirm proper lighting and dimming capabilities.
- Tool Proficiency: Safely and proficiently using a variety of hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, crimpers, wire strippers, wrenches, and soldering irons.
- Safety & Organization: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and strictly adhering to all company safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
- Support: Assisting with the final packaging and labeling of finished products as needed.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has prior experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.
- Is reliable and highly focused on detail and quality.
- Can read and follow blueprints/schematics.
- Is committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
salary: $37,000 - $37,440 per year

Responsibilities
Assemble a variety of lighting fixtures (e.g., chandeliers, pendants, recessed lights, wall sconces) following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Install and wire electrical components, including sockets, drivers, ballasts, and wiring harnesses, ensuring proper connectivity and safety.
Inspect parts and finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies and report any issues to the supervisor.
Test assembled fixtures to confirm functionality, including lighting and dimming capabilities.
Use hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, wire strippers, crimpers, and soldering irons, safely and proficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Adhere to all company safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
Assist with packaging and labeling of finished goods as needed.
