We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and rapidly expanding client—a premier distributor specializing in high-value, temperature-sensitive fine and rare wines. We are seeking an exceptional and highly meticulous Warehouse Lead to oversee their vital logistics operations. Responsibilities

• Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (or ability to obtain one immediately) and proficiency in operating various MHE (pallet jacks, reach trucks, etc.).
  
  
• Inventory Systems: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, or other inventory control databases for tracking stock levels, locations, and movements.
  
  
• Warehouse Processes: Comprehensive knowledge of all warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory control (cycle counts), order picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
  
  
• Safety Knowledge: working knowledge of workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and a commitment to enforcing them.
  
  
• Computer Skills: Proficient use of basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for record-keeping, reporting, and scheduling.
