This is a full-time position responsible for performing precise hand soldering of electronic components onto circuit boards for their products. Responsibilities

• Perform precise soldering of surface mount and through-hole components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using hand tools and soldering irons
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure components are placed and soldered correctly
• Inspect own work and finished assemblies for defects (e.g., cold solder joints, bridging, misalignment) and perform touch-up/rework as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily assembly goals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hand soldering (preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment) a plus
• Ability to work with small parts under a microscope or magnification lamp
• Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with various types of soldering equipment and materials
• High school diploma or equivalent
