Join our team as a Production Maintenance Technician I and be the backbone of our high-volume manufacturing operation! We are looking for a reliable, veteran technician ready to take ownership of our production equipment and drive continuous efficiency.
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance for all production equipment including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Assisting with improvements to the maintenance systems (Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts)
- Documenting all work in a computerized system, Maximo.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and prioritize critical equipment needs
- Support contracted/vendor work
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Assisting with completing validation protocols
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Completing all required training and ensuring full regulatory compliance in all activities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance or repair
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 3 Years of Relevant Experience
- Knowledge of CMMS systems (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)
- Work hours: 40 with possible Overtime
