We’re searching for a meticulous Tool and Die Maker to join our state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you won't just run machines—you'll be designing, building, and repairing the complex dies, jigs, and fixtures that define our product quality. Responsibilities

• Analyze and Plan: Review technical documents (blueprints, sketches, specifications) to determine the necessary materials, steps, and machinery required to create a tool, die, gauge, or fixture.
  
  
• Precision Machining: Set up, program, and operate both CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and manual machine tools (like lathes, milling machines, grinders) to cut and shape metal parts with extreme accuracy.
  
  
• Fabricate and Assemble: Lay out metal stock, fit, and assemble finished parts to construct and repair precision tools, dies, gauges, and fixtures.
  
  
• Quality Control: Verify the dimensions and conformity of all machined and assembled parts against technical specifications.
  
  
• Apply Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of tool and die design, metal properties, layout techniques, and shop mathematics in all phases of work.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 40lbs

standing for 5 hours at one time
