We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Clerk with a proven track record (3-5 years) in all facets of warehouse operations—especially in accurate order fulfillment.
The Role: Precision & Performance As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of our product flow, from receipt to shipment. Your experience will be essential in maintaining our high standards for inventory control and customer service.
salary: $18 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Order Picking Mastery: Execute high-volume, fast-paced order picking using RF scanners and/or paper manifests, ensuring 100% accuracy for HVAC parts (filters, compressors, thermostats, ductwork, etc.).
- Shipping & Packing: Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments (LTL, freight, and small parcel) to prevent damage, generating accurate shipping documentation (BOLs, labels).
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming trucks, verify received materials against purchase orders (PO), inspect shipments for damage, and accurately process returns or discrepancies.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, identify and resolve inventory variances, and maintain the organization and cleanliness of stock locations.
- Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, order pickers, and/or pallet jacks (certification is a major plus).
