oin our team in Houston, TX – Manufacturing Plant as a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to oversee the maintenance department and repair of plant operating equipment, facility infrastructure, and facility grounds to ensure optimal efficiency, safety compliance, environmental compliance, and high standards of good manufacturing practices. his critical leadership role requires a 5+ years of Maintenance Management and Reliability experience. You will manage a diverse technical team, implement effective preventative and predictive maintenance programs , control budgets through sound inventory practices , and utilize your supervisory and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and overall plant reliability. Experience in the Food or Pharmaceutical Industry and knowledge of HVAC, steam systems, and calibration protocols is highly desired. Salary will be based on experience.
