Randstad Inhouse Services is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient WMS Systems Support Clerk to join our team in Brentwood, NY. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations while also providing essential Tier 1 desktop and systems support for the warehouse floor. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at troubleshooting, and possesses interpersonal skills for heavy internal support.Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS-related inquiries and system issues, ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations.
• Provide first-level helpdesk support for desktop issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems for WMS end-users.
• Actively manage support requests via heavy email and phone support, logging and tracking issues to resolution.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Wireless Networks and RF gun operation to maintain system uptime.
• Conduct basic research and utilize resourcefulness to resolve complex technical or system-related challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to address shared operational goals.

salary: $18 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

 Control and provide timely and appropriate RF gun’s use feedback, Ensures that user’s knowledge of the WMS
remains current with system changes.
 Responsible for over 300 RF gun inventory including: set up, troubleshoot and fix or send out to be repaired of all
RF guns to assure their availability and readiness.
 Responsible for testing new applications, upgrades and implementation for production environment.
 Responsible for SendSuite Computers system to be ready in all sites.
 Responsible for set up computers in main locations as well outside locations.
 Responsible for be liaison between our supplier advantages vendor if any issues occurs.
 Responsible for Creating systems users,
 Responsible for resetting passwords for end-user on each different systems,
 Responsible for ensure that all outside warehouse (Coppell, Columbus, New Jersey & Canada) are working in peak
performance.
