We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on individual to join our team as a Rework Assembler, a role vital for maintaining the high quality of our manufactured products prior to shipment. This position requires candidates to be open to working both day and night shifts and available for overtime to meet production demands. The starting pay rate is competitive, ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials and outgoing products.
 Reject all incoming products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
 Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
 Conduct quality checks on the functionality of parts and components.
 Adding “finishing touches” to the appearance of components. (Honing, sanding, refining edges,
etc.)
 Optimizing production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed.
 Performing minor repairs and reporting breakdowns in a timely manner.
 Keeping equipment maintenance logs, as well as maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
 Ensure that items are undamaged prior to moving them to the Final Test stage.
 Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
 Prep, pack, and label items prior to shipping.
 Comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
 Perform other work-related tasks.
