We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Clerk / Logistics Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operations within our state-of-the-art freight forwarding and logistics facility. Responsibilities
Load/Unload Shipments: Safely load, unload, and move freight (packages, pallets, containers) from delivery trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
Verification: Inspect incoming shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies. Verify quantities and quality against purchase orders (POs), bills of lading, or shipping manifests.
Processing: Tag, label, and process incoming materials according to established procedures, ensuring accurate placement within the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory records.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), order pickers, and other machinery, often requiring certification.
Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning, logging, and documenting all material movements, receipts, and shipments using an RF scanner or WMS/ERP system.
Picking and Packing: Locate and pull correct materials from inventory to fulfill client orders or internal transfer requests (picking).
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations while working in the warehouse and operating equipment.
