Responsibilities
- The Electrical Tech Support Engineer will provide in-house and on-site customer service, training, and support on all medical, hospital and surgical equipment
- Primary responsibilities include supporting Customers and Dealer Network by way of providing training, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
- Support Dealer Network and Customers by helping them to diagnose problems and offer options for resolution
- Communicate and coordinate repair activities/training with Suppliers
- Prepare and maintain accurate service records/transactions of work performed
- Represent the company in a service role and take responsibility for customer satisfaction
- Increase customers’ loyalty by professionally communicating with them
- Respond to customers’ requests promptly and provide solutions within the entitled response time
- Support the Sales Team with Product Training
- Assist Sales Team with service and training of equipment to Customers and Dealer Network in-house or at customer sites
