- Hourly Pay Rate: $35 - $40 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift, starting at 7:00 AM (Overtime required)

Responsibilities
This position demands strict adherence to safety protocols and an unwavering commitment to high-quality installation and inventory management.
1. Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)
- Safety Adherence: Ensure all installs are conducted safely, adhering to company WHS policy at all times.
- Compliance & Protocol: Identify all hazards, report all incidents, and fully comply with all WHS inspections and audits.
- Pre-Work: Conduct Job Site Assessments (JSA) / toolbox meetings daily; ensure all required documentation is returned.
- PPE: Always wear supplied Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including harnesses and hard hats.
- Checks: Undertake daily safety checks of vehicles, ladders, tools, and safety equipment before use.
2. High-Quality Installations
- Customer Facing: Be the face of the company; communicate politely using strong technical understanding.
- Precision: Ensure solar arrays are installed on time, to budget, to industry guidelines, and company quality standards.
- Service Excellence: Guarantee high-quality installations and leave premises neat and tidy, aiming for superior customer experiences.
3. Inventory & Equipment Management
- Security: Maintain and be accountable for the security of all inventory in possession.
- Logistics: Return all unused inventory to the local warehouse.
- Maintenance: Maintain all equipment utilized in the installation process (van and tools of trade).
