We're seeking a high-energy Field Service Representative to be the essential link between our franchisor organization and our local janitorial Franchise Owners across Rhode Island.
This isn't just account management; it's business maximization. You'll travel throughout the state to client sites, inspecting accounts, ensuring quality control, and providing hands-on training and mentorship to help Franchisees maximize their potential and dramatically expand their customer base.
Your work will be a dynamic mix of field travel (client inspections, new franchisee support, complaint resolution) and office coordination (paperwork, scheduling, supply chain review). Responsibilities
Focuses on Franchisee training and growth as well as Client Retention.
Inspects accounts at the rate of once per month or quarterly depending on preset schedule.
Calls new accounts within 24 hours of receiving notice of new customer.
Meets with new contacts to establish relationships.
Performs initial assessment via walk-through with new potential Service Providers.
Sets up new accounts and aids in the new accounts process.
Provides certification for new Franchise Owners and completes new Franchise Owner paperwork.
Consistent follow-up and business reviews with existing Certified Business Owners.
Reviews customer needs for consumable supply orders.
Facilitates resolution of customer complaints.
Transfers customers between Certified Business Owners as needed.
Informs Admin Team and organization owners of transfers and assists in the transfer process via
walk-throughs and information exchange.
