Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $25 - $45 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
- Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time)
- Hours: Choose between 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment to ensure smooth operations. Key duties include:
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose equipment or process malfunctions to determine cause and implement corrective action. Disassemble, remove, and replace defective parts.
- Technical Interpretation: Work from blueprints, schematics, sketches, equipment service manuals, samples, and general instructions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform necessary equipment repairs and maintain accurate equipment documentation.
- Communication: Coordinate verbally and electronically with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and other vendors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with machine operators to understand and address equipment issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Technical Acumen: strong understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Blueprint Reading: Proven ability to read blueprints and comprehend technical specifications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated good problem-solving skills and complex decision-making capabilities.
- Organization: Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Communicates/coordinates verbally and or electronically with OEM’s and other vendors as required.
- Work from blueprints, schematics, sketches, equipment service manuals, samples, and general instructions.
- Troubleshoot equipment or processes not operating as intended to determine cause and corrective action.
- Disassemble equipment, remove and replace defective parts.
- Work with machine operators to understand equipment problems and attend to them.
