Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control & Sensory Evaluation: Perform detailed, in-line quality checks and audits on products, materials, or documentation. This includes tasting and evaluating different flavor profiles to ensure strict adherence to recipe, batch standards, and taste consistency.
- Documentation Management: Accurately prepare, manage, and maintain all QC and compliance documentation, reports, and digital files.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential clerical and office administrative support, including data entry, filing, reporting, and coordinating schedules or communication related to QC activities.
- Issue Reporting: Clearly document and communicate quality issues, defects, or non-compliance findings (including flavor or sensory deviations) to relevant operational managers for timely resolution.
- Proven background in Quality Control, Food Science, or a highly detailed Administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an intense focus on precision and accuracy.
- A refined palate or aptitude for sensory analysis and identifying flavor deviations.
- strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and providing administrative clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) and database
