- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience operating granulation and blending equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, nutritional, food, or related industries).
- Understanding of cGMP and SOP guidelines.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills for documentation and batch record completion.

Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot various granulation and blending equipment, including high-shear mixers, fluid bed dryers, and blenders.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) strictly.
- Accurately weigh, dispense, and handle raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, collect samples, and meticulously record all production data and logs.
- Clean and sanitize all production equipment and work areas following established protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or quality issues to the supervisor.
