Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: machine setups, including mounting dies, setting up scoring and slotting tools, and adjusting print registration to meet precise customer specifications.
  
  
• Operation & Quality Control: Operate the die cutter at optimal efficiency while continuously monitoring output for defects, ensuring exact measurements, clean cuts, and high-quality print application.
  
  
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Proactively diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues, performing quick and effective troubleshooting and minor maintenance to rapidly resolve operational faults.
  
  
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication, cleaning, parts replacement) to ensure the longevity and peak performance of the equipment.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, procedures, and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
