We are looking for a skille candidate to  set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, in order to produce precision parts according to specifications. Key duties include reading blueprints, programming machines, performing quality inspections with precision tools, and conducting basic maintenance to ensure machine performance and a safe work environment.  Various levels of skill sets needed. Responsibilities

• Machine operation: Set up and operate various CNC machines, such as horizontal and vertical mills and lathes, by loading/unloading parts and adjusting machine settings.
• Technical interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure parts are machined correctly.
• Programming: Program CNC machines as needed for efficient and high-quality production.
• Quality control: Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet tolerance requirements.
• Maintenance: Conduct basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep machines running smoothly.
• Collaboration: Work with engineering, quality, and other departments to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
• Safety and cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies.
