- Location: Newark, CA
- Pay: $18.77 per hour starting wage
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start time
- Overtime: Mandatory Saturdays (when needed). Anticipate working around 50 hours per week.

This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and mandatory overtime requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Kitting & Assembly: Accurately assemble components into kits according to work orders and specifications.
- Sit-Down Forklift Operation: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stack materials and finished products within the warehouse.
- Machine Operation: Operate various production machines following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control: Inspect components and finished kits for quality and adherence to standards.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials used.
- Safety: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in Kitting/Assembly or similar production environments is highly preferred.
- Required: Current or previous experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift. Certification is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Willingness and ability to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays when scheduled.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
