Responsibilities
- Precision Deburring: Utilize various hand tools (e.g., files, scrapers, picks, abrasive papers, specialized hand-held motorized tools) and magnification equipment (e.g., microscopes, optical comparators) to meticulously remove material and achieve required surface finishes on delicate metal and plastic medical components.
- Quality Inspection: Perform in-process and final visual inspections of components using microscopes and other measurement tools to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards (including surface texture and feature integrity).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a precision deburring, finishing, or similar high-precision manufacturing role.
- Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in a regulated industry, such as medical device, aerospace, or defense, is highly preferred.
