Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Reliability: Develop and execute a best-in-class Preventative Maintenance (PM) program and manage an overall Asset Reliability strategy.
- Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and direct a maintenance team, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety and quality regulations, maintaining thorough records.
- Budget & CapEx: Manage the departmental budget, control costs, and provide expert input on Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in reliability and maintenance management within a demanding manufacturing environment.
- Technical Acumen: strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, facility systems (e.g., HVAC, compressed air), and automation/PLC technology.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing technical teams.
- Education: Technical/Engineering degree preferred.
- Schedule: Full-time, primarily Early Mornings, Monday – Friday.
- Availability: Occasional weekend support and on-call availability required for critical operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a robust Asset Reliability Program to identify and mitigate operational risks and prevent asset failure.
- Establish and continually optimize a comprehensive and effective Preventative and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) program.
- Oversee all maintenance, repair, servicing, and installation activities across the site.
- Ensure that critical spare parts inventory is accurately managed, including establishing minimum stocking levels and reorder quantities.
- Allocate workload, supervise, and manage the performance of the maintenance team.
- Act as a coach and mentor, providing direction and identifying ongoing technical training needs for team members.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres strictly to safety regulations (e.g., OSHA equivalent) and established quality/sanitation standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance workplace safety.
- Manage the departmental budget, monitoring expenditures and alerting management to any potential cost overruns.
