• Safely transport, stack, and secure loads.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and company procedures.
• Inspect machinery for needed repairs.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. 

Typical Skills & Qualifications

• Must be able to pass the Randstad forklift operator assessment and successfully demonstrate skills and ability to operate specific forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, etc.).
• Attention to detail and awareness.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Good coordination and teamwork

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, stack, and organize inventory/raw materials.
• Loading & Unloading: Get goods on/off delivery trucks
• Inventory Management: Update records, track shipments, use RF scanners, fill incoming orders and rotate stock 
• Safety & Maintenance: Perform daily equipment inspections, report damage, and maintain a clean work area.
• Documentation: Complete forms, check manifests, and log activities. 

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

standing for 8 hours at one time
