- Know the Recipe by Heart: You must master our Food Safety and Quality Objectives and Global Policy, and continually verify that we are meeting every required standard to ensure our foods are perfect.
- The Rapid Responder: A crucial skill is your ability to immediately recognize any non-conforming (bad) raw materials, semi-finished, or finished foods. When you find an issue, you must take decisive action right away—like placing the food on hold (physically and in our SAP system) and instantly reporting the problem to the FSQA Manager.
- Immediate Communication is Key: Above all, you must communicate any safety concern—be it human, food, or equipment—to Supervision immediately. We rely on you to keep our working environment secure.

Responsibilities
This role is for a Food Quality & Safety Champion responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality throughout our operations. You are tasked with being an innovation leader who generates creative and new ideas while proactively promoting an environment where our people and foods are safe. This involves mastering the Food Safety and Quality Objectives and Global Policy, and continually verifying that all applicable expectations are met to ensure our foods meet all established standards and specifications. A key responsibility is the rapid understanding and identification of non-conforming raw materials, semi-finished, and finished foods, followed by decisive action such as placing food on hold physically and in SAP for evaluation, and immediately reporting all non-conformances and deviations to the FSQA Manager. Above all, you must communicate any human, food, or equipment safety concerns to Supervision immediately to maintain a secure working environment. Direct experience is required!
