Responsibilities
- Inventory Leadership: Lead cycle counts and audits using WMS/RF scanners to maintain 99%+ accuracy. Troubleshoot stock discrepancies and manage RMA/returns.
- Operations & Logistics: Oversee the end-to-end shipping/receiving process. Coordinate LTL freight, prepare BOLs, and ensure all orders meet strict quality and packing standards.
- Equipment Mastery: Expertly operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) and pallet jacks. Perform daily safety inspections and minor equipment maintenance.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and streamline picking paths to improve daily output. Ensure the warehouse remains "tour-ready" and OSHA-compliant.
- Team Support: Mentor junior staff on safety and SOPs. Act as the primary point of contact for the warehouse in the absence of a manager.
