This role is ideal for skilled maintenance professionals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently.

️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with safety policies
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders
- Diagnose equipment issues and repair or replace components
- Test, adjust, and restore equipment to optimal performance
- Identify and report faulty operations or unsafe conditions
- Order parts and schedule work using Microsoft Office tools
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times
- Maintain accurate preventive maintenance records
- 2-year trades degree completed/in progress or 4+ years of plant maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (bilingual a plus)
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and AC/DC drives
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing environment with machinery, noise, and temperature variations
- Some locations may be warm or refrigerated
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Weekend or overnight coverage may be required

Responsibilities
· Conduct maintenance according to skill level and pursuant to safety policies and procedures.
· Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
· Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make-adjustments.
· Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those unusual situations to the facility maintenance manager.
· Utilizing Microsoft Office, order and schedule parts as well as jobs.
· Perform work in a safe manner and use Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) at all times.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
