Responsibilities
- Assist the lead operator in the setup and changeover of corrugated manufacturing machinery.
- Feed raw materials into machines and monitor the production flow to ensure continuous operation.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues or production bottlenecks.
- Conduct quality checks on finished corrugated products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Assist with stacking, bundling, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Corrugated industry experience is required.
- Prior experience as a machine operator or assistant in a manufacturing environment.
- strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to use basic hand tools.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Reliable transportation to the Ontario, CA area.
