Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Machining: Manage jobs from start to finish, including initial setup, programming, operation, and part inspection.
- Setup & Programming: Perform complex setups and programming using both Conversational and G&M code.
- Multi-Machine Operation: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting the following equipment:
- Milltronics Vertical Mills and Lathes
- Enshu Horizontal Mills
- Mazak Machining Centers
- Milltronics Vertical Mills and Lathes
- Blueprint Proficiency: Interpret technical prints and GD&T symbols to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
- Material Versatility: Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling for a wide range of materials, including Nylon, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, Cast Iron, and Stainless Steel.
- Collaboration: Consult with Engineering and Production teams to optimize machining processes or resolve technical challenges.
- Heavy Loading & Rigging: Safely utilize overhead cranes and forklifts to load large-scale parts and heavy fixtures

- Dynamic Workflow: Navigate a mix of high-precision job shop projects and consistent production runs.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of precision and finish throughout the machining process.
- Safety First: Adhere to all shop safety protocols, especially when operating heavy lifting equipment.
