We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join a premier manufacturing team in Cleveland, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a mechanical mindset, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. Job Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: High School Diploma (HSD) or GED equivalent.
  
  
• Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a production environment.
  
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
  
  
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs as needed.
  
  
• Reliability: strong attendance record and a "safety-first" attitude.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak).
  
  
• Basic understanding of G-code and M-code. Pay rate will be based on skill level and experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machine to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
  
  
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and mechanical drawings to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
  
  
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure parts conform to tolerances.
  
  
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary offsets or adjustments to maintain production quality.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
