3rd shift molding machine operator.

We are seeking a Molding Operator for our 3rd shift team. While we prefer molding experience, we are happy to train anyone with a strong machine operating background. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and wants a clear path to becoming a high-level Technician. What You’ll Do: Precision Operating: Run injection molding equipment with high efficiency and minimal scrap. Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and use precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and height stands. Technical Reading: Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet customer specs. Maintenance: Follow 5S principles to keep the workspace clean and safe. Requirements: Experience: 1+ years in manufacturing. Previous machine operating experience is a must, but it does not have to be specific to molding (we will train!). Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. The "Must-Haves": High School Diploma/GED, basic math/computer skills, and excellent attendance.
