The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure total compliance with IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards. This role requires a high degree of technical proficiency, as you will be tasked with completing complex AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and maintaining detailed quality documentation within our ERP system.

Responsibilities
- Inspection & Compliance: Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards to ensure all products meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
- Quality Documentation & Reporting: Manage comprehensive quality records within the ERP system, including the completion of AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAI), test reports, and inspection logs.
- Non-Conformance & Root Cause Analysis: Lead the identification, documentation, and disposition of non-conforming materials; conduct detailed root cause analysis to implement effective corrective actions.
- RMA & Material Management: Oversee the end-to-end Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, from initiating system requests and maintaining detailed return logs to final material disposition.
- Continuous Improvement & Auditing: Monitor quality performance data to drive process improvements, support internal/external audits, and serve as a subject matter expert to educate the team on quality best practices.
