We are partnering with a luxury real estate brokerage in Boca Raton to offer a rare career upgrade: a stable Monday-Friday schedule with 100% employer-paid medical and profit sharing.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Facility Oversight: Oversee and manage the maintenance of the broker's office and private residence, ensuring facilities are kept in pristine condition.
• Hands-on Maintenance: Perform routine inspections to identify needs and execute repairs and maintenance tasks independently.
• Vendor Management: Act as the liaison for service providers; obtain quotes, schedule appointments, and supervise work to ensure quality and compliance.
  
  
• Listing Support: Execute repairs at real estate listings to keep homes show-ready and handle weekly stocking and inventory management for the properties.
  
  
• Administrative Support: Utilize internal software (Monday.com) to track activity, organize expense receipts, and update the Marketing Director daily.
  
  
• Errands: Run business errands such as cutting keys and delivering confidential documents.

The essential functions of this role include:
