Responsibilities

Strategy & Analysis

Client & Channel Management

• Advisory: Consulting dealers and distributors on advertising and sales tactics.
  
  
• Public Relations: Representing the company at trade shows and industry meetings.
  
  

Cross-Functional Liaison

• R&D Feedback: Providing field data to influence product research and development.
  
  
• Internal Coordination: Bridging communication between HQ, manufacturing, and sales units.
  
  
• Technical Reporting: Synthesizing sales statistics into actionable policy reports.
  
  

Operational Tools

• CRM & Software: Maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and Order Processing Systems.
  
  
• Visual Assets: Utilizing Photoshop/Illustrator for sales or technical materials.
  
  
• Project Management: Organizing workflows via Excel, G Suite, and Word.
