What You’ll Do:
- Service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment (walk-ins, ice machines, reach-ins, display cases)
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Occasionally assist with residential refrigeration/HVAC calls
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service
What We’re Looking For:
- Commercial refrigeration experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- troubleshooting skills and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems including walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, prep tables, and display cases
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and compliance
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues
- Occasionally service residential refrigeration or HVAC-related equipment as needed
- Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and documentation
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs, and recommendations
- Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards at all times
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls
