Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Act as the main liaison for 30+ vendors weekly; negotiate terms, monitor performance, and resolve logistical issues independently.
- System Administration: Maintain high proficiency in our internal systems/ERP; troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure all digital records are up to date.
- Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a small team to meet weekly deadlines and maintain high standards of service.
- Communication: Conduct meetings, draft contracts, and handle correspondence in both languages to ensure clear expectations with international and local partners.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the vendor workflow and implement tech-driven solutions to increase efficiency.
