Responsibilities
- Lead on-site installation, start-up, and commissioning of industrial equipment to ensure full operational readiness.
- Evaluate equipment performance against technical, contractual, and safety specifications to guarantee high-quality handovers.
- Execute complex troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems (including Siemens, B&R, and Allen-Bradley).
- Manage non-conformities by identifying, documenting, and resolving technical discrepancies during the installation phase.
- Generate technical documentation, including Job Progress Charts and detailed service reports for all field activities.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and site-specific safety coordination plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with Site Managers to align individual technical tasks with overall project timelines and team objectives.
- Provide technical training to customer operators and maintenance teams to optimize machine longevity and performance.
- Identify after-sales growth opportunities by assessing customer needs and recommending proactive service solutions or upgrades.
- Serve as a technical advisor, delivering objective guidance to ensure long-term client satisfaction and equipment reliability.
- Maintain high-frequency travel (up to 90%) to support domestic and international client sites.
- Provide expert support during and after warranty periods, including emergency technical assistance and preventative maintenance.
