- Shipping Systems: Daily operation of UPS WorldShip and Fedex Ship Manager to process domestic and international shipments.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pull items from inventory based on pick tickets and pack them securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling: Generate and apply accurate shipping labels, ensuring all weight, dimensions, and service levels are correct.
- Documentation: Prepare packing slips, Bills of Lading (BOL), and manifest reports.
- Inventory Control: Assist in receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the shipping area organized, stocked with supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap), and safe.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a dedicated shipping/receiving role.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in UPS WorldShip is a must.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Proven track record of shipping accuracy and inventory precision.
- Reliability: attendance record and a "team-player" attitude.
