Responsibilities
- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and comprehensive repairs on critical industrial assets, including rotating equipment, automated conveyance systems, thermal processing units, and high-speed packaging machinery.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures to maximize equipment uptime and operational availability.
- Technical Interpretation: Interpret and execute tasks based on blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to ensure precise assembly and system integration.
- System Calibration: Adjust and calibrate precision machinery to ensure consistent adherence to rigorous quality control standards and production tolerances.
- Compliance & Safety: Execute all maintenance activities in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations, ISO quality standards, and facility-specific environmental protocols.
- Reliability Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of preventative maintenance cycles, corrective actions, and inventory consumption to support data-driven reliability strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement process improvements for increased throughput.
- Capital Projects & Upgrades: Assist in the professional installation, commissioning, and optimization of new plant equipment and facility upgrades.
