What You’ll Do
- Quality Oversight: Perform daily inspections to ensure packaging meets customer specs and global standards.
- Lab Testing: Use our ISTA-certified lab to test the durability of materials (fiber, wood, and plastic).
- Process Control: Follow and enforce standardized workflows to maintain high-quality output.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify defects and help implement process enhancements.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of quality checks and lab results.
- Experience: 1+ years in Quality Control (Warehouse/Manufacturing preferred).
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot small defects and follow strict technical protocols.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ISTA standards or industrial packaging is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be dependable for a consistent M-F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shift.
