Key Responsibilities
- Systems & Machinery: Perform physical maintenance on buildings, grounds, and industrial equipment, including pumps and mechanical systems.
- Electrical Mastery: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, with a mandatory focus on 3-phase power and 110/220/480V circuits.
- Preventative Care: Execute planned maintenance schedules for machinery and facility infrastructure to prevent downtime and equipment failure.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet OSHA guidelines and environmental regulations; report hazards and maintain safety during installations.
- Vendor Coordination: Supervise external contractors and manage essential services like waste disposal, security, and cleaning.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with industrial pumps, hand/power tools, and complex machinery.
- Electrical Requirement: Deep knowledge of 3-phase electric systems is essential.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Ability to understand and implement building codes, statutes, and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Must be able to respond to system failures promptly and support demanding production schedules.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical maintenance and operations of buildings, grounds, facilities and building systems
- Oversee and conduct periodic inspections to identify necessary repairs
- Ensure building, grounds, facilities and building systems are compliant with various agency regulations
- Coordinate and supervision of contractors and external providers on assigned projects
- Assist in essential services, i.e., security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal, recycling and any safety related issues
- Assist in ensuring buildings meet the needs of the people working in them, including but not limited to security, cleaning, parking, and landscaping
- Respond to facility and equipment alerts and/or system failures
- Engage outside vendors when necessary for repairs and/or services under the direction of the Maintenance Manager
- Complete planned and preventative maintenance in a timely manner
- As required operate hand and power tools
- Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques
- Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team and the entire company
- Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OHSA) guidelines
- Electrical experience including knowledge of 3 phase electric systems and 110/220/480 voltage ratings is required
