Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Specialized RF Repair: Diagnose and repair RF Generators and Auto-Match Networks used to create plasma for etching and deposition processes.
- Power Systems Maintenance: Troubleshooting and component-level repair of DC Power Supplies and Microwave Generators.
- Diagnostic Execution: Utilize Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and specialized test fixtures to calibrate units to OEM specifications.
- Component-Level Precision: Repair complex electronic assemblies and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) using block diagrams and schematics.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of repair techniques and provide feedback to improve shop workflow.
- Technical Expertise: understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) and DC power principles.
- Tool Proficiency: Proven ability to use an oscilloscope, power supply, and multi-meter.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read schematics and develop creative solutions for high-complexity assemblies.
- Background: Military experience (Radar, SATCOM, Avionics) is a significant plus.
